About Me

I am a nurse and integrative health practitioner with over 20 years of experience in nursing, nutrition, clinical practice, research, and education. My goal is to empower individuals to take control of their physical, spiritual, and higher selves for optimal wellness. I launched the Jenius Concept in 2020 to provide nursing, nutritional, and holistic services.

In my nursing career, I worked in Critical Care and gained valuable skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. I have always had a passion for caring for others and believe in the importance of autonomy in healthcare decision-making.

I pursued a Master’s degree in Medical Ethics and Law, which further strengthened my belief in individual autonomy and the need for informed consent. I have a keen interest in nutrition and its impact on overall health. I obtained a Natural Nutritional Diploma focusing on digestive health, blood sugar control, genetics, and nutrient balance.

During my personal health journey, I discovered the breakthrough technology of ASEA redox signalling molecules, which transformed my own well-being. I am now an associate of ASEA and passionate about sharing this technology. For more information on these amazing molecules, please send me a contact form below or connect with my on my official ASEA page.

To enhance my knowledge in integrative health, I completed the Level 1 IHP course by Dr. Stephen Cabral, founder of Integrative Health Practitioners. I also have qualifications in spiritual counseling, Reiki, and Chakra healing, and more. My approach to healing is holistic, addressing the mind, body, and soul.

I have a strong educational background, including a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a Master’s degree in Medical Ethics and Law, and various professional certifications. Throughout my career, I have focused on teaching, mentoring, and bridging the gaps between science, spirituality, and art in medicine.

I believe in the power of informed consent, individualised care, and empowering people to make choices that lead to their optimal health. I am skilled in nutrition, detoxification, lifestyle medicine, functional medicine, and women’s health. My vision is to integrate nutrition with all aspects of a person’s being to promote overall well-being.

I also love all things nature, have 4 dogs, 13 chickens and 2 energetic teenage boys at home. We are currently in the process of becoming as self sufficient as possible and are “off grid”.

Professional Experience

I have 20 years broad professional experience in almost all clinical aspects of inpatient care, with a focus on managing critically ill patients in the hospital setting and private nursing care in the primary care setting.

Experience in teaching, mentoring and developing education resources for learning, research and medical ethics. Keen focus on informed consent and autonomy.

I believe that people should be armed with information in order to be empowered to take steps towards their own optimum health.

I have a great passion and personal experience enabling people to lead their healthiest life. It is a pleasure to help guide people through, the often thought to be complex worlds of medicine, and provide individualised, person centred holistic care.
